Zach Flaman has an individual style influenced by different cities, countries and experiences. His family relocated several times given that his father was in the military. While living in Germany his family travelled around exposing him to a wide range of classical art and architecture. The family's tendency to move every few years caused him to embrace drawing as a way to adjust to the new places. Zach has lived across Canada and settled in Ottawa, where he still lives today.
Flaman attended school for both Animation and Graphic Design. Every Christmas you can see his commercial for the "Write a Letter to Santa" campaign for Canada Post. Zach enjoys illustrative work and has designed album covers and logos for musical bands, successfully combining his craft with his love of music.
